Shipping & Returns

All orders are charged a flat rate of AU$9.95 shipping within Australia. All international orders are charged a flat rate of AU$19.95 shipping, which includes a registered parcel with a tracking number. Insurance for the parcel is the responsibility of the buyer. Prairie Lane Kids is not responsible for any costs incurred due taxes etc imposed by Customs Authority in the country which the parcel is received. Any costs incurred through Customs is the responsibility of the buyer.

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours if placed on a business day.  Delivery to all areas in Australia is within 2-7 Business Days, International orders 7-21 Business Days. Please allow 24-72 hours for items purchased from our Bambini Collection to be processed. Please allow 5-10 Business Days for delivery of Bambini items within Australia and 10-25 Business Days for international Bambini orders. These delivery times are an estimate only as we use a third party courier for all deliveries and as such Prairie Lane cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. 

Please note that when shopping during a sale the processing time for your order may be longer - if you do require items urgently please email us shop@prairielanekids.com

Refund and Exchange Policy

We will happily exchange any items if these conditions are met:

  • we have in stock the item to be exchanged
  • the returned items are undamaged and in original condition
  • the item still has the original packaging with tags
Please place the item to be exchanged in the mail and include a PRE PAID self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.

Refunds are not available for reasons other than a faulty or damaged item, so please consider your purchase carefully.

If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in providing you with a beautifully wrapped package!) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.

If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. You can contact us by email at shop@prairielanekids.com

Once you have notified us, place the item in the mail and include a PRE PAID self addressed envelope and we will return the item to you as soon as we receive the original. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the return shipping.

Bambini Items Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions in relation to Bambini prams/strollers/accessories are an addition to the general terms and conditions of Prairie Lane and the Prairie Lane website.

Prairie Lane reserves the right to change pricing of our products without notice. Once an order has been placed and submitted to Prairie Lane the price of an item is fixed and subsequent price changes (whether up or down in value) will not apply.

Prairie Lane attempts to be as accurate as possible and uses its best endeavours to ensure, but does not itself warrant, that any information provided by its suppliers, including in relation to product descriptions or other content of this site, is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Please note that product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your computer screen and will vary perceptibly from monitor to monitor. Although listed on the Website, some items, sizes, colours and styles may be temporarily or permanently out of stock. Prairie Lane aim to ensure that our Website is accurate, however sometimes errors occur, for which we apologise.

In the event that Prairie Lane are unable to successfully process payment for your order, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for your order through any fraudulent or unlawful means. Any payment dispute must be advised to Prairie Lane within five (5) business days of purchase.

Once your order has been completed Prairie Lane will send an email confirming the order details. Once this has been sent we are unable to make any amendments to your order including any changes to shipping address or applying a discount.

Any cancelling of orders after this point may attract a service fee of five percent (5%). If products are to be delivered to a Customer, any period or date for Delivery stated by Prairie Lane is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment.

Prairie Lane will use its best endeavours to meet any estimated Delivery dates but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated Delivery date. Prairie Lane reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.

Prairie Lane shipping costs will only cover one (1) delivery attempt. It’s the Customers responsibility to provide a delivery address that will be attended at the time of Delivery. Prairie Lane recommend Customers request delivery to an address where the delivery can be signed for during business hours. The Customer is responsible for paying all additional delivery costs as charged by the delivery company to Prairie Lane before receiving additional delivery attempts.

Prairie Lane will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products, or any failure or inability to deliver the products within a particular time frame. Prairie Lane will not be liable for missing or damaged products received at time of delivery, if notice of the missing/damaged product has not been given to Prairie Lane within (14) days of delivery.

Products will generally arrive within five to ten (5 - 10) business days to metropolitan regions and ten to twenty-five (10-25) business days for international orders. Provided your items are in-stock and payment has been received, we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within five (5) business days. 

We sometimes offer the option to purchase on pre-order from our website. If product(s) ordered are a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, and depending on the items in the order, all products in the order will be dispatched when the entire order is back in stock.

In instances where a product(s) ordered is out of stock Prairie Lane will endeavour to provide the Customer with details of an estimated delivery date. As with in-stock products, any period or date for Delivery stated by Prairie Lane is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment.

Prairie Lane reserve the right to cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

  • the product(s) in that order are not available
  • there is an error in the price
  • there is an error in the product(s) description posted on the website for the product(s)
  • Prairie Lane deem a coupon code has been applied to an order in an unauthorised or incorrect manner which will be at the sole discretion of Prairie Lane
  • your order has been placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions

We also recommend you retain all packaging during this period. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you decide the pram is found to have fault, you can proceed with a replacement, following the process outlined in the exchange section of our website. Upon receiving your exchange request Prairie Lane will acknowledge via email. You will be emailed with instructions to repackage and ship via your local post office.

Once the label is scanned at the Post Office, Prairie Lane would take responsibility in the unlikely circumstance that the return were to go missing due to fault of Australia Post. We will only take responsibility for lost items that have been scanned into the Australia Post system. Once your return is received it will be inspected by Prairie Lane. Broken, damaged or soiled items are not accepted, and Prairie Lane will notify you if this is the case.

Should you have discarded the original packaging, please contact Prairie Lane via email (shop@prairielanekids.com) who will be able to assist you; and all accessory products, corresponding items or ‘gift with purchase’ products, that arrived as part of your pram order, must be returned. These must also be returned in their original condition/packaging.
